1  主题内容与适用范围

    本标准规定了应用肠杆菌科噬菌体诊断法检验食品中沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌和致

泻大肠埃 希氏菌的基本要求、操作程序和结果判定。

    本标准适用于各种食品、食物中毒的检验,也适用于食品从业人员的肠道沙门氏

菌和志贺氏菌带菌检验。

3  设备和材料

3.1 温箱:36±1

3.2 水平仪。

3.3 灭菌平皿:90mm×15mm

3.4 定量滴管:每滴约10μL。用输液用的玻璃接管配4 1/2 号针头灭菌。

3.5 橡皮乳头。

3.6 灭菌棉签。

3.7 酒精灯。

3.8 接种棒,镍铬丝。

3.9 试管架。

 

4  培养基和试剂

4.1 营养琼脂、营养肉汤按GB 4789.283.73.8进行。

4.2 蛋白胨水、靛基质试剂按GB 4789.282.13进行。

4.3 三糖铁琼脂按GB 4789.283.243.25进行。

4.4 肠杆菌科诊断用噬菌体,7种和3种。安瓿启开后用无菌毛细吸管吸出移入灭菌

小试管内,用无菌胶塞塞紧,放于4℃冰箱备用。
